Refuse to cancel ADSL, still being BILLED!!!

I have been trying to cancel my ADSL subscription and only keep closer option 2 active, since july 12th. It is now over 4 months later, and I am still being billed for something I do not want. I have been to the telkom store in chatsworth twice already, I was told that the ADSL will be disconnected within 5 days and I will be credited with the amount I have been billed. A month later, and my phone line as been disconnected due to failure to pay for something that should of been cancelled 3 months ago. I refuse to pay for something that I no longer require. Please could this matter be rectified as soon as possible. It is very frustrating! Reference number: T0C915411588
