7th complaint!

I have 6 reference numbers that mtn gave me when I lodge a complaint, but so far just one person called back! And even this person blatantly to me! She said MTN have never opened my cellphone... but they send pictures of the inside of my phone to me!! When I asked her why they she couldnt answer me and said she will phone back... this is 2 months ago already! So this is a warning to all... If you want a phone with customer service... look elsewhere! MTN broke my cellphone after is was just suppose to be a software upgrade on the camera! Now the phones whole screen is dead and its useless. There was nothing wrong with my phone except for the camera that run out of memory. After I showed MTN how they about not opening my phone I also show them that the phone was also economical to repair where they send a report and that it was not economical to repair!
