I am a customer for five years at mtn I upgraded my phone and ever since I took the upgrade I've been charged more the the installment I went back to the shop where I upgraded my phone and informed them that I'm very unhappy because I'm the loosing the consultants assisted me than it just happen the after that and after that for almost 10 months for them to sort it out. But in the mean while I took out another contract where I buy one phone than I get another one free and I was explained in the shop where I took the contract out that I have the six months warranty on the phone if I there is anything wrong with the phone than I must bring it back to them than they will send the phone away and it happened that the phones started to freeze and I went to inform them about it and they recommend that they'll send the phone away and I waited for two weeks before I got my phone back and it came back and it was said it is beyond economical repairs because an unauthorised person opened the phone. I informed them that they are the only people that opened the phone and they send the phone away for a second opinion and thhone came back with the same explaination.
