INCORRECT MIGRATION OF CONTRACT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I upgraded my contract In Feb 2013 to a Smart standard, however from the time of the migration someone in Vodacom decided to migrate me to another contract, this to me is in contravention of The CPA. This i will adress via the National Credit Regulator. The service that have received with regards my contract has been unexccetable i have foned countlous times and have spoken to the following group of people Devan (283037070), Shaun (28645537), Sarah, Candy, Nooran, lindiwe, Patience, Moja, Linken, these are just some of the names i have listed, all of these guys have said to call me back but noboody does and up until now i am sitting with a fone that i cannot use because of the incorrect bundles that have been set up for and i seems to be billed diffrently every month. I have 2 x contracts with Vodac and you have also now messsed up the existing contract which i have not even upgraded, Honestly i do not which avenue to follow anymore other than driving down to your offices and not leaving there till i get answers.
