NOT ABLE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900. In October 2012 the phone was sent in for repairs. The problem with the phone wasn't resolved and I took it in for repairs again in November 2012. The same thing happened and I took it back in December 2012. They can't fix the phone, but keep on giving the phone back. When I asked for a new phone they said the warranty expired in December 2012. That is unacceptable, because the phone was with Cell C in October 2012 and they couldn't fix it the first time. I spoke to Mevlyn Wyngaard at the Help Desk and she promised me that her supervisor Prabashnie will phone me and help me with my problem. It is 5 days now and nobody phoned me to help me solve this problem. This is totally unacceptable. It is not the first time I have problems with Cell C. I need the phone to be replaced because Cell C Centurion confirmed that they replace a phone after the third time you send in the phone and it can't be repaired. Can you please help me? Thank you
