Autopage = The Worst!

I have recently decided to take out a contract via Autopage in Pretoria. I sent through all the requested documents to the store and clearly stated what option I would like and also that I want my existing number ported over to the contract. My First complaint is that it took Autopage almost an entire week to deliver the handset even though I was promised it would be delivered the day after the contract was approved! Secondly the New Sim card which I have payed for remains in-active! my old Sim card is still in use and the number has not yet been ported over to the new SIM even though almost 10 days have passed since I requested the contract! My 3rd complaint is that the special included a car charger, Pouch and screen guard - Only the charger was included when the handset was delivered! The pouch and Screen Guard are apparently "out of stock". these might be low cost consumables not worth being angry for but the supplier should not advertise the deal if they are out of stock!

I have dealt with many of the other competitors in this industry and I can safely say that Autopage was BY FAR THE WORST.
