Rerally poor attitude by the person delivering

I had a Vodacom Delivery made to me at work. I greeted the deliverer - He never acknowledged but kept talking to the Reception ladies. I greeted again and he just looked at me. When I gave him a copy of my ID he looked at it and at me about 3 times and questioned whether it was truly me. He told me I had changed my 'make-up' and stuff (I am a male). Eventually I told him that he could return the parcel to vadacom if he didnt believe me - so he said that He has to make sure. I asked him if he has to make sure to greet aswell and he ignored me. I am shocked at the service and poor attitude of the worker. Serial Number of the parcel is 34832360 and the consignment ID is Y1165849. VOdacom Order number is 14032829

I will never recommenf RAM's service again. Shame on Vodacom for using them.
