Bad service when reporting network issues

Hi. I was a Vodacom customer, but was reminded tonight why I changed to another service provider. A family member who is with Vodacom and is currently in Ermelo. There is very bad network reception in this city/town. I tried to report this as I am in Bloemfontein and struggled to make a proper calls because of the bad network, but I got bad attitude. Instead of logging the issue, I was told to get 6 numbers of other Vodacom customers so so that Vodacom can see what is going on. Why must customers or anyone do Vodacom's work for them?!? I really didn't appreciate this service. Why must Vodacom make it difficult for customers?
