Holding for 79 minutes

Good day - I am trying for over week to resort a problem I have with vodamail!!! I have been speaking to a number of consultants in the call centre - NOT RECEIVING one answer that is the same from these consultants!!! This morning I have been holding for 79 minutes already - NO ASSISTANCE! I have been promised by two consultants that the will phone back - NO SURPRISE HERE - NONE OF THEM KEPT there promise!!! 1

Vodacom is the WORST service provider in the existance of mankind!!! Quick to take our money, hand it our in sponsorships - BUT NO SERVICE TO DREAM OFF!!! Cannot wait to end my contract with them!!!
