HI Peter. I accepted a Sim Card contract from Cell C 2 Months ago. It took Two months and a trip to Polokwane instead of Pretoria. I understood a i am hardly home due to work. When the Sim arrives it is not the Sim i had order (a Micro Sim). I called the Cell C Customer Care for assitance but i quickly realised its a Customers Worst nightmare. Due to the fact that i am a prepaid client on another network i was charge for my call and spent R 200 worth of my airtime being transfered and put on hold. i called four times in total to find out how to solve the problem. But everyone i spoke to couldn't assist me but put me on hold.
I was planning on porting from Vodacom (who i have used for over 13 years) to Cell C as i thought they also had great service. I think it is in my best intrest and everyone around me to know how utterly USELESS CELL C's SERVICE IS and ensure it causes a ripple effect. I have only heard stories but now i have first hand experience of this! I think it is wise for me to cancel my contract as something else might go wrong. i have not only waited but i have been given the incorrect product and service a bad combination! A real Disgrace!
