I received my bill that was payable in April. When I opened it it stated that my account was incorrectly debited. I then went to the Canal Walk branch 11 days before my debit order should have gone which is the last day of each month. The consultant logged the request and said the debit order must first go off and once my account reflects that it is in credit I can call for my refund which would take 4 days. To my surprise when I called the call center they said my account and request was escalated to the corporate division as my contract falls under that division. The call centre agent then gave me an email address and a name of the individual handling my request. I have recently recieved a mail stating that the refund has been sorted but needs to be approved which will take 21 days to show and another 4 days to refund. This is totally unacceptable and the worst experience and service I have recieved from MTN. I have been with MTN for years and I would like my money back immediately. Due to your consultants negligence and incompetence for not capturing my stuff properly has resulted in me having to wait almost 6 weeks to get my money back if it was a small amount fine but it's not
