On March 20 2013, almost five weeks ago I requested Telkom to install an ADSL line for me. Currently I still don't have my line, and no Internet connection. After the third call to their customer service department I was informed that due to some technical glitch my order was rerouted and had to go through the whole process again. Telephone call number four yielded no results other than "we'll get back to you". Today, after I called for the fifth time, I was informed that the line I requested is not at all guaranteed, and that I'll be placed on some form of waiting list, with no idea of when I will receive what I had requested five weeks ago.
