Faiure to delive

After long deliberations, I ordered a cell phone in the past three months. Unfortunately Mr Maclean together with his colleague namely Melissa failed to provide me with any feedback. I tried on numerous occassions to call them on their cell phone.. I also lodged a complain via their on line website but all in vain
