Terrible service

Appointment made to install my line and i took off from work to be there for the instalation. After calling numerous times I am told technician was there and no one home tried calling me no answer.

No customer contact at all, no call made to my number or the alternative number and no customer support despite numerous calls being made.

absolutely poor service.
