Dear Telkom
I can now without a doubt compare you to Jacob Zuma and Julius Malema (You must be an ANC organization). The reason being is that once again you made promises that you could not keep. After a previous complaint on a line that you had to come install as per our appointment I once again have to complain about exactly the same circumstances. I received my sms as well as a phone call on Saturday stating that a technician will come and install the line on Monday (6 May 2013). Once again I had to take off from work just for Telkom NOT TO SHOW UP, as the previous time. Now tell me are you going to send out a technician and I really mean send out one or will I in the next round receive a sms, a phone call and an email stating someone will come just for them not to show up again. And tell me is it possible for me to invoice you to pay me for the two days I had to take leave.
