SO FRUSTRATED - DEBIT ORDER

They debited my account on the 28th of March. (No funds available)

After doing a submission online to re-debit my acc, I received a sms from them confirming that I have submitted a request & the date that it will go through. The day before the d/o I received another sms confirming it will go through the next day & to ensure that I have sufficient funds in my acc (there was enough funds - got paid).

A week later I noticed that my line was suspended, after phoning the contact centre & explaining to them that I requested a new d/o a week earlier, the guy told me that I haven't requested a d/o, but that I selected "promise to pay" online. Now if that was the case, why would I receive 2 sms's confirming it?

I asked him if he can organise a d/o immediately so that my line can be fixed, he told me that he submitted it for the end of the month BUT that he requested my line to be fixed.

My line wasn't fixed, so I phoned them again, they told me that they spoke to the accounts department & that my acc will be debited on Wed or Thur & that my line will be fixed on the LATEST - Today.

After checking my acc today they still haven't debited it - line still blocked!! Very FRUSTRATE
