Not happy with my upgrade, seems like a faulbatte

Good afternoon, when I upgraded my phone on 7/11/2003, they took it out the box and the battery was already flat. They said that if I have any problems I must contact them within 7 days. I went back the Monday as my battery lasts only till midday everyday. I have to have my phone with me 24/7 as I am an estate agent. They said I must turn of some setting which I did. Didn't help. On the Tuesday I went back and they told me to download battery saver, which I did. My phone died. On Tuesday night I phoned head office and they told me to take the phone back and they must replace e it for me, NO ARGUMENTS!!! They didn't they said they will phone me back after speaking to head office. They phone me back and told me to go see a guy who works at INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS...!!! He will help me with my settingsI am now LIVID. My battery lasts "if Im lucky" till midday only. How am I supposed to go a year with a phone that dies halfway during the day with my job!!! They also didn't tell me that Apple has a new iPhone and they gave me old stock. Please investigate!!! I went back 3 times asking for help and they just not bothered. they didnt even come back to me and ask if Im happy. Thank you
