3 weeks later & no S4.Sent an iPhone by "mistake"

Three weeks ago I signed a contract for an S4 with Nashua. they were wuick to sign me up and told me I would have my phone within a week. I then go to the branch and they hand me an iPhone telling me this is what came up on the forms at head office.

Now im sitting at the end of the month, with my previous contract cancelled, and no new phone or sim card. No one can tell me when they will receive stock and when I will get my phone! No one!

I have tweeted about this, I have spoke to Bulelani at customer services, and Nalini Govender in Durban (when she does actually pick up or return calls) and not one person can tell me anything constructive.

I am sick of hearing Nashua say the matter is being attended to and that they are aware of the issue. Deal with it and sort it out. This service is pathetic, with people not calling you back and selling you stuff when they dont have stock.

It is the biggest inconvenience to not have a phone anymore as Nashua has shut off my old sim card!
I want action taken, and I want to be compensated. We have over 15 contracts with you guys and I'm on the verge of taking my business somewhere else if it isnt valued here.
