VODACOM IS A RIP OFF!!!

I have a business account with Vodacom that had 5 lines. I requested that 2 of the numbers be changed to pay as you go at the end of the contracts. Reason being, I wanted to port to another provider. Vodacom went ahead and deleted the numbers off the network. After 2 weeks of fighting with the really unhelpful and ignorant call centre, we went to sit at head office until someone with clout could sort out the problem. They eventually got the numbers back. When a third numbers contract ended, on the advice of Vodacom, I requested the port without first switching to pay as you go. The port went through in the first few day of August. So now GREEDY VODACOM will bill me for the full month fees!! I cannot believe that the attitude of Vodacom is like that. Through their own idiotic fault the first time round, they tell me to go about the port in another manner, and then BILL ME FOR A WHOLE MONTH!!!
