I purchased a new Neotel pone (a smaller one) after being a existing customer for about 13 months. I paid for it at the N1 city branch. The next month I was also charged on my debitorder for the device. I phoned them to rectify the mistake and they assured me it will be done with the next debitorder. Needles to say this was not the case. After another phone call it was proposed by the consultant that I send in my invoice from the N1 city branch as they don't correspond with their branches on accounts. I did this and also followed up that they have received it. No reversal was made. I then sent a "complaint and cancelation of the line" email which responded a few days later that my ccomplaint/cancelation of the line will be attended to asap. This was 12/03/2013. Never heard from anyone again.
