I went to the branch to reverse a debitorder. On entry firstly there is no host or hostess to assist and point u in the right direction. I stand in the line where I on a previous occasion stopped a debitorder. I spend 45 minutes in the line and when I get to the front I am told that I actually need to see a consultant. I tell the agent that I am nt going to sit in another line. The manager comes to me and explains the debitorder reversal process which clearly I dnt care about. Iwould like to be helped immediately and not sit in another line. I tell her that there was no hostess whem I entered the bank and neither did anyone come and find out what the clients in the que was there for. She stands there and with a smirk on her face tells me that its my choice to wait in line to see a consultant. I was livid and told her that they are pathetic and that it is not my fault if I was in the wrong line. All this could have been prevented if the host did his job. I was so disgusted by the manager not willing to accomodate or make up for their mistake in their day to day runnings of their business. The fact that she also smirked when she gave me the options left a lot to be desired.
