I decided to port my number and move to Cell C after 10 years with another service provider.

I have been activated for nearly 2 weeks now. The iPhone is really nice, but all I would love is to be able to call someone or receive a call. And yes, a sms, whatsapp, internet too. The issue, as I hope you have realized is that I never have signal, ever... Very sad I must say.

So, because I never have signal, and I am not able to actually use the services that you provide, please accept a free pass of not receiving any payment from me until this is fixed.

And yes, please will you email me as all you can do is leave a voice message on my phone.
