I am out raged by the service I recieved from Vodacom, I recieved my Samsung Ativ on Monday only to Find out that they Supplied me with the wrong Simcard, the Device I have takes a Micro Sim, (Is that so difficult for them to realiase!!!) then when I called them on Monday to sort it out they told me they will send me the right Sim, Now when I called back the very rude guy tells me I must wait till next week Wednesday!!! or if I cant wiat i must buy one myself??? why must I pay for something I have already paid For??? this is unexceptable From Vodacom!!! I am paying for something I cant even use!!! Disgraceful!!!
