Vodacom Direct Service cannot give service

I took out a contract from them 2 months ago... I specified that my old number should be transferred to my new SimCard... After two months of countless phoneCalls and empty promises I am still sitting with the new number on the simCard... No Vodacom Store wants to help me over the counter and says all queries can only be done via Vodacom Direct... HOW PATHETIC... All Vodacom Direct tells me is the Problem is esculated to a different level..or they have a backlog looking at problems... Systems is down etc... 2 MONTHS AFTER I RECIEVED THE PHONE... 2 Months... Never Ever again with Vodacom... on top of this they still offering me funeral services and insurances etc...
