Still waiting! 2 wrong deliveries!!!

I took a new contract with Vodacom - Galaxy Ativ Smart PC. I received the device - a week after ordering it, in March, with the wrong sim! Then i called, batteling to get through then told them I got the wrong sim, so they told me I can go buy one!!! Im sorry this is a contract deal Im not going to buy something that should've been part of the device!!! Then they said they'll send the right one. a week later they dropped of another sim, AGAIN THE WRONG ONE!!! so I phoned again! Again they told me to go buy one!!! I told them I want the thing delivered, I AM STILL WAITING!!! It is end of April now! How long should I still wait!!!???
