Pay for everything and receive nothing

I went to a restuarant and left my bag and phone on the table when i went to the bathroom, when i came back my phone was missing, i have lodged a claim with cell c as i have insurance. only to be told a week later that im not covered because i didnt take proper precaution when protecting my phone.

this is down right disgusting!!! how the do you take money every month for insurance and then when i need to be covered because my phone is i get told NO!

pathetic pathetic pathetic, every single time i have to deal with cell c its a nightmare!!! i will cancel this contract and rather take my money elsewhere!
Cell C will find any excuse to not pay out - i have had my contract for a few years you would think loyalty would be above everything else

and let me take a wild guess and ill get a email saying "someone from customer services will call me back"
