Cell C
Not giving a

I requested a contract through Cell C almost a month ago and did everything over the phone, after I heard nothing after almost 2 weeks I followed up and suddenly the lady needed other papers from me. I asked her why didnt she phone me... mumble mumble was the answer. Now today still nothing... phoned Cell C and guess what, deal didnt go through because suddenly there isnt such a deal or "wasnt loaded". Nobody cared to phone me or let me know that they up, I ve been waiting for delivery like an. This is pathetic service. And to add.. Ive logged 3 complaints during the month with Cell C asking for updates and all I get is a automatic reply saying they will contact me within 48 -72 hours... WHAT A JOKE
