Cell C
Pathetic

I have lodged a complaint with hellopeter last year about cell c 's pathetic service, I activated two contracts with cell c in 2011 on which I ended up cancelling both due to the bad service that I have received from cell c .i had an insurance with one line that got lost and I followed every procedure to claim it back, was even made to pay money to get assisted and I did just that, to my surprise when I was supposed to be assisted, Cell c gave a new story and they have never covered my phone, to make matters worse they have listed me with trans union for cancelling the contracts, apparently I have to pay the outstanding amount of the phone that I do not have. Cell c does not care about their customers, they are just interested in for people, now I cant take a phone on contract because they have black listed me
