21st of March my phone stopped working..took it immediately to the nearest branch..they told me it needed software up grade and it will take 2 weeks..on the 15 April called them they said in 48 hours it will be delivered back to the store..today the 18th April i went to the store they tell me it was deliver yesterday 17 April... this guy vanishes for 10minutes then come back and tells me the phone aint there... i ask him how then he said he doesn't know what happened it will either be delivered tomorrow or today... its bad service because yesterday i got the sms but the phone aint there
