After SEVEN weeks, still waiting for my car!!!

My car was sent to Silverstar Autobody by my insurance company, after the driver's door was damaged. The car was delivered to them on 1 March. Today, 18 April, I still do not have my car back: SEVEN weeks later. The poor service, bad attitude and lack of communication is unacceptable. I received a call from my insurance company on 9 April, informing me that the car will be ready on the 18th(!!!). I tried calling Silverstar several times this week. They never call back as they say they will. I called them repeatedly in the past few days, trying to find out at what time I can pick up the vehicle today, since I have to take time off work and arrange a lift. After several attemps, I got two different answers from two people. One said the car was ready and had to go through final inspection. The other said the window had not been fitted yet! After seven weeks??? And the car was not ready today, the 18th, as they promised me on the 9th. It might be ready tomorrow, the 19th. What are they trying to cover up? They were supposed to call this afternoon to tell me when I can pick the car up tomorrow. Nobody called. I have never in my life experienced such bad service and poor communication!
