I recently applied for a contract with your company over the phone I asked for an S4mini which was delivered to me yesterday the 18th December 2013. Only to find I was given a wrong sim after trying to insert it on my phone it was too big. I called the customer care and was told to cut it and try inserting it again I refused because I had never done something like that before then I was told to go to the nearest Cell C store for them to cut it for me. I went to the store and they refused to cut it for me and told me I have to buy a new 1 to my shock I refused to buy a new 1 I went home and cut the sim myself but it did not work.

I called customer care and I was told that they will courier a new sim for me but only in 3 working days I cannot accept that because I will be travelling to KZN on Saturday the 21st. I am really disappointed with the service I have received from Cell C no care for the customer whatsoever. Your agents are giving me problems and not solutions why can they not arrange with a branch closest to me for me to collect a sim from there or something to that effect. Please sort out my problem as soon as today thanks.
