3 Day old handset faulty

I am highly disgusted with Vodacom, not only am I waiting for an accounts issue to be resolved (Since January), but after doing 3 upgrades on my account on Sunday, I discovered one of the handsets to be faulty. I took it back to Vodacom Canal Walk this morning and after 2 people in the store telling me that it is an Out Of Box fault and that it will be replaced with a new one, I was told that it first has to go to JHB for assessment and this could take 2 weeks. I find this completely unacceptable and when I asked for the CEO of Vodacom's contact details was told that I will never get them and that these are Vodacoms policies and that is just the way it is. I find this disgusting!!! Obviously their CEO has something to hide if the people who support his/her company are "not allowed" to contract him/her!!!
