No signal for months, no support, no management

I recently moved 5 business contract phones away from Vodacom to Cell C; biggest mistake EVER!
While Cell C boasts with low data rates, I think they do so because you can't use the data due to constant signal issues.
I have a Cell C 3G stick as well and that used to work 100%, but for the last 2 months it's been really bad and I can only connect 10% of the time and when I do connect, I can't browse because its too slow.
I've only had the phone for about a month and a half and its always on 1 bar or no signal. I constantly get thrown off the network and have to manually register again, people are complaining they always get voicemail when dialing my number and 95% of my calls cut or the person can't hear me.
All 4 the other contracts (other staff) are complaining about the exact same thing in their areas, it seems ok and workable in Cape Town CBD, but as soon as you head to the suburbs, you get no signal.

Even more frustrating it took me 45 mins to log my call and get a reference number (SD193519). I have had 2 calls from Cell C 2 weeks apart each telling me to wait another 7 days. And apparently there is NO management because they are never available and calls can't be escalated
