Atrocious & Incompetent lack of Service

I contacted CellC on 1/2/13 & requested my current mobile no to be ported onto a 400min/sms/700Gb iphone5 package. Since then I have had 2 calls to ask me if my phone has been delivered. I confirmed delivery as negative.
I contacted them on 3/4/13 & requested the status of the agreement. They apologized & promised to deliver within a very short period. The 5th came & went, still with no delivery? I contacted them again on the 12th & spoke to "Lisbet" who promised to convey the message personally on Monday morning to the contract originator (Abdul). Still waiting with NO phone, NO Call, NO Nothing?
Lisbet gave me the contact for RAM & the reference no, but they confirmed that the package has been returned to CellC?
Looking @ helopeter I can just imagine the potential difficulties with service once they have their hands into your bank account & attempt to provide a contractual service, if you could call it "service"? I cannot believe CELLC treats, OR is allowed to treat its NEW customers in this manner! Two & half months have passed??? and still NO iphone? I'm starting to believe they have a bunch of incompetent staff & that not dealing with them would probably be the best solution?
