I applied for new contract with Cellc and was delivered to me on Monday 9 December 2013. On my application i specifically requested to use my current prepaid number on the new contract. The contract package is cellc 800 where the monthly subsription is R999.
Cellc gave me a new number instead of using my current number as per my request. Since Tuesday the 10th i have made numerous calls probably about 20 calls. Majority of these call wherr either dropped or i have been sent from pillar to post.
I was given a word on wednesday the 11th that the issue will be resolved in 24 -48hours. Today its sunday nothing has been done.
I am very frusted by this that i have sent cellc email with my intention of terminating the contract with the 7 day cooling off period as per CPA.
The service by call centre personel is shocking and unbelievable for a telecom company.

I really feel undermined and that i have been treated with disrespect irrespective of spend with cellc.
