CellC - didn't change account and no response

I contacted the call centre to change my contract to a Straight-Up 30 some 5-6 days prior to the contract expiring. I also requested that my data package be ended at the same time. My January account now shows that I am being billed on some other package and my data package is still extant. I was assured by the operator that this had been effected. Furthermore - all my remaining free minutes have been deleted.

I have sent 4 mails to Cell C - only one of which was answered by "TPHD" (unsigned of course) on the 24th Jan to inform me that my account was not changed. I have sent 2 subsequent mails to enquire why. I have had no response to date (4 Feb)

Surely a simply review of the call centre recorded communication or other activity regarding my number and a timely response by email would be appropriate. One would think that CellC would be concerned about contractual obligations resulting from call centre interactions. They might also like to respond to their clients timeously when notified.

Should CellC wish to review my unanswered correspondence I will happily provide this again. I would note that I am unable to visit a CellC shop and will only deal with this matter by email.
