I am not an existing customer with CellC but due to your "great" iPhone 5 16GB straight up 200 package I want to be. I truly hope that this message goes to the correct authoritative figure to actually do something about this issue which I and several friends are having. I have contacted numerous branches to find out whether they have stock of the iPhone5 16GB. At that point, not a single branch in Gauteng has stock. One in particular comes to mind... Four ways, that guaranteed me an iPhone by Monday when I spoke to them on Saturday. Assuming that they (CellC) wants my business I made the effort of leaving my number and name and felt like I was in good hands. No call... I decided to call. The same guy that I spoke to said they have no iPhone 5 16GB and only have the 32 GB. Right... I thought it through, do I want this phone. Yes I do. I phone back. Lady says to me, "we haven't had stock for the last 2 weeks". My natural reaction is to question whether they actually know whats going on. I have to assume no they most certainly do not. I take the liberty of continuing my search. NOT.A.SINGLE.iPHONE. Assistance required please. Giving CellC the opportunity to redeem themselves.
