Terrible signal cant make or receive calls

The signal at my residence is so terrible that i cannot make or receive calls all of a sudden. I work in the travel industry and am on standy on certain days, if i do not answer my phone it could lead to termination of my contract. This has to be sorted out asap as i cannot put my work on the line for a bad reception.
