TERRIBLE NETWORK COVERAGE

My husband and I changed our network provider late last year to Cell C. In February we started to really struggle with the network at our home (Cresta) and also at work (Blackheath and Woodmead). We have been phoning CELL C technical support since February and nothing has changed since. The network is terrible. Our phones would be on, but if someone calls it goes straight to voicemail and then a few minutes later we would get a sms saying we had a miss call and a voice mail, BUT the phone was lying right next to us and did not ring. That is just to name one problem we are having. If someone miraculously come through to us they can hardly hear us, 3G not working, sms'e go through very slowly. I hate to think that something might happen to me when I am alone at home and I cannot even phone my husband. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are paying for a service that we are not getting. Will never ever continue my contract with Cell C.
