BAD SIGNAL 3G INTERNET

I have a MTN 3g contract and the signal is very poor where I live. I have complained about it before and I was told a booster would be installed but I do not think they did as the signal is still very poor and I only get 3g network in certain places in my house and then it sometimes stalls as the signal goes away.
