Contract

I what to down grade my Vodacom contract so I went to the Vodacom shop in Paarl mall to do it.
I told the nice lady that I want to down grade my contract reason for it is that my reception on the farm where I work and life is bad in some areas non exiting. So she tells me it can be done no problem but it will cost me R2500 in penalties for down grading my contract.
It's not like I am canceling my contract I just want it downgrade.
Next thing they will tell me is that they will come and test the signal. It has been done before and a booster has been installed in one if the houses but as soon as you leaf the house the signal is almost gone.
