Never have stock when upgrading

Always when i upgrade at Nigel MTN they never have stock and believe me it takes a few weeks for them to get stock. The worst part is that they don't keep you up to date with the progress as they promise to call you.
I am now waiting 2 weeks for the latest upgrade.
Is this how all MTN stores operate???
