A few weeks ago I complained about Vodacom's HUGE data charges above my existing rates, This was confronted with a simple SMS stating I used approx. 1 gig (for 1600 rand a gig!). My account was then updated (without my permission) by R500 "credit limit" as I was softblocked again, My line was reopened and by the next morning (while attached to wifi to avoid Vodacoms great customer service) I was softblocked again and the 500 rand limit that was added was put ontop of the amount I now owe.. This I find disgusting as I still have over 700MB's of PAID FOR DATA and over 150 minutes of PAID FOR TALK TIME... ontop of this whole joke I'm charged more and person responsible for just sending an sms stating what I have spent... PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT... The only good service I received was from the call centre lady that still could not advise why this issue is placed on my shoulders. Why I cant use what I paid for and had to request another 500 Rand so I can do my job. Which obviously vodacom would add in the next few hours to my account without the account being unblocked.

Please escalate to competent management and cancel my contract on Vodacoms expense... Stop bullying the public!
