I have recieved a sudden message stating without reason, description or a person to contact about the matter stating I have been "SOFTBLOCKED". After calling Vodacom nobody had a clue what was going on because the account had been paid. Many hours later I discovered I had somehow (In under 10 Days without using my free minutes/data provided and paid for) I had run an account up of R1, 200.00... The account I had paid was for February... Strangest thing is. I got the account in MARCH! Of which I paid.

The package I had ordered had come in drips and drabs, many send backs and incorrect supplied goods. I had my limit lifted a day ago by 500 Rand... Of which was "spent up" without warning within a day and I am barred again.

My data, sms' s and minutes given have not been used yet! It gives me unnecassary stress as I have a job to do I cannot do becasue Vodacom has gone on a downward spiral. I have tried getting answers and have not managed to get anything done and my frustration is growing, I am approaching a lawyer to confirm my name as clean and cancelling my contract with Vodacom (Hopefully I have rights)

To anybody using Vodacom, sadly the name we once knew has died!
