I was phoned by 8ta agent, asking if I would renue my contract with them. I told her I would renue and she told me to go to any branch with some documents and R100.00. I went to Alberton city, chose a phone and the application was submitted on 12/04/13. On Monday 15/04/13 I got a call from the branch to pick up the phone. I had asked that friday to change the colour from white to blue after I had seen the colours in another branch, because they didn't have the different colours to show me when I applied. It turned out that the gentleman who was attending me did not change the colour as I requested. I asked him on the phone to pls change the colour to the blue I requested. He told me that he would speak to his manager, but he never called me back. I went to the branch after work that same Monday and he told me that his manager told him that he couldn't do it in the branch, they sent it back. I went to the branch again todat 17/04/13 because nobody was updating me only to be told that the whole application has been cancelled, I have a bad credit. What I need to know is: what changed, the contract was approved only when I need to change the colour, all of a sudden I cannot upgrade.
