I have been with Nashua for over 10 years and 2013 will be my last. I upgraded to Blackberry 9780 in 2011. After 3 months the LCD of the device broke and was sent in for repairs. I received a replacement device. 4 Months later, the replacement started freezing and rebooting itself. Repairs again. Received a replacement device which in fact was a REFURBISHED DEVICE which shortly afterwards did the same thing. After the third time I demanded a NEW DEVICE in a different Blackberry range and after hours on the phone with Joburg I was told it was sorted and being shipped. When I went to fetch it, it was a REFURBISHED DEVICE.I was told that they couldnt give me a new device this time but if it happened again they would give me a sealed box. 3 months went by and it happened AGAIN! According to a promise from management this was the last. It has been over a month since I returned the device and all they have for me is another refurished device. 3 weeks ago, the consultant said management would be calling me to find out what the problem. This so called management is "away " when I need to speak to them which I still havent. They also dont answer their phone EVER!!
