Further to my last complaint - signal not resolved

Previously I wrote:
I have an 8ta contract which I took out a few months ago. I had good reception in Fairland's, and I took it out because the website reflected good signal in Montgomery Park where I was planning to move. I moved to Montgomery Park Johannesburg, and I have almost no signal at all. The connection is very unstable, and I feel I am paying for a contract that I cannot make best use of.

Hope this can be resolved or update the website to reflect the area as no coverage.

I provided details that I am using the Huawei Router B660 purchased from 8ta. Signal is only bad at my new home. I am frustrated, as I now have a contract and I can barely use the internet in this area as connection is bad. Please call me on 073 340 1771 around a resolution.
