Refusal to repair phone with battery problem

I am on contract with Nashua Mobile and my blackberry phone has had battery problems since it was new. The battery only lasted for 6 hours and I took the phone for repairs but it never made any difference so I carried on using the phone on that state. Recently the battery only lasted for an hour especially if I tried to access the internet and when I take pictures, I received an error message that the memory card is full so I decided to take the phone for repairs again but this time around I was told that my phone is liquid damaged and is beyond repairs. I am confident that my phone has never been in contact with water and I am therefore not happy at all with Nashua service.
