INCORRECT BILLING AND BAD SERVICE

A few months ago i had a complaint on my account of charging my to much as i have bundles in place for smses and data. Monday the 27/05/2013 i contact the call centre as this is all poeple you can call, but surely autopage service is POOR. I ask them to change my my meg 250 bundle to a 500 my meg bundle meaning im just upgrading. I look into my account on the internet on monday the 03/06/2013 and see they bill me for all my data. How the can they bill me for data if i have a data bundle. When i phoned on the 27th i asked them how long will it take. They said 24 hours and on the 1st of June my 500 my meg will be accivated. I can see that it is acctivated. im just furious as to im paying a my meg and im paying for each single data as well so im paying double. I want this sorted out in the next 48 hours and want it credited still on THIS MONTHS invoice not next month. This month. This is my money and im furious. And the call centre is pathetic all they say is it will be done in 24 - 48 hours from monday the 03/06/2013 till today the 06/06/2013 nothing changed. Its still charging me. Urgent feedback will be appreciated. Regards
