Inabbility of MTN to resolve account query

We are trying now for a week to sort out an account. Inquiry with MTN. We have sent 2 inquiries, an e-mail to webmaster with all the relevant documents with account detail aswell as my cell number. My phone service is suspended as from last week Thursday. We are phoning everyday 3 times plus to try and get someone to help us with no availe. I want to find out if you could help us.
